General Manager 


- Based in Cameron Highlands, Malaysia

- Plan, implement and manage overall hotel daily operations

- Ensure full compliance of SOP’s, policies, procedures and service standards at the hotel

- Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features and services for example room types, rates, room availability and responsible for sales & promotion of the hotel packages

- Ensure guest expectation are satisfied and operations are always effectively executed - Work collaboratively with all members of operations team and other department HOD

- Prepare and manage work schedules / shifts and comply with HR procedures on staff attendance, discipline and etc - Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports to management - In-charge of the Departments such as Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverages, Security & Safety and Maintenance.


Minimum 5 years experience working in a resort/hotel/hospitality industry - Must be able to reside within the resort - Expected to work long hours as required in the hospitality industry - Possess strong passion and service oriented - Good leadership and interpersonal skills - Able to communicate well with people - Can start immediately or at short notice





Maximize hotel Room & F&B sales revenue, formulate sales and marketing action
plan to meet the targeted revenue and company’s budget goal. To generate, produce
sales revenue from the respective markets.



Required language(S) : English, Bahasa Malaysia;
At least 1 - 2 year(S) working experience in related field is required;
Basic understanding of digital communication solutions;
Digitally savvy with exposure in E-commerce;
Strong strategic skills;
Posses excellent communication skills and able to interact at all levels and work in a team.
Have excellent written skills;
Ability to learn new trends and technologies;
Passion for innovation, exponential revenue growth and business success in social media and e-commerce;
Able to operate MS office, Adobe Photoshop and illustrator.
Basic knowledge about photography.
Always alert and have passion in work.
